LYON Bouchon

This French restaurant describes itself as “a take on a kind of restaurant that has been a safe house of warmth, welcome, and working-class comfort for the past 200 years.”

It is now NYC Restaurant “Week” Winter 2012,  January 16–February 10, 2012. I have not tried this restaurant. This could be a good time to give it a try. I have no doubts it’s great. My mouth is watering!
